Service Description
Weight Loss What: ➢ Goals: Decrease fat - increase fitness and sports performance including heart health, increase muscle including increase bone density How: ➢ Using 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads), correct intensity, correct time and distance and correct type of exercise. When: ➢ Correct frequency for max growth & recovery Where: ➢ This will be customised to your situation and equipment Goals: ➢ Your listed goals and history are of importance Pre-requisites: ➢ Program is designed for people who are beginners to advanced trainers - sessions 1 to 7 days per week Program includes: Data collection – This is the first part of the 7 processes to create a custom program, and then all other 6 processes are completed as needed to create an efficient and customised exercise program. All info is treated with confidentiality
