Sample Beginner Exercise Program

Why this program will make improvements initially but for how long and is it in the right direction

  • Reason 1: It is not suited for your abilities, past injuries, outcomes and bodies mechanics

  • Reason 2: It may or may not give you the overload you need to progress

  • Reason 3: It may or may not give you to much rest so improvement reverses

  • Reason 4: It may or may not let each individualised body part have required rest periods

  • Reason 5: It may or may not be flexible program to let body and nervous system develop

  • Reason 6: It may or may not give you the imposed demand (aerobic, anaerobic, power etc, needed to achieve your goals

  • Reason 7: It may not have the specific exercise selection to achieve your goal
