The 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads) that have been proven over time will be implemented to make this an effective program. Cost includes all custom information including forms required to create and customise the program. Program created • 4 weeks Program includes: • Interview and data collection • Data collection (all forms supplied) • Creation of program in conjunction with client Membership • Refer to membership for weekly support after program completed Forms Data collection – Only forms relevant to the customisation of the clients program will be utilised. Below is a sample Youth Health What: ➢ Goals: Muscle Growth How: ➢ Using 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads), correct intensity, correct time and distance and correct type of exercise. When: ➢ Correct frequency for max growth & recovery Where: ➢ This will be customised to your situation and equipment Goals: ➢ Your listed goals and history are of importance Pre-requisites: ➢ Program is designed for people who are beginners to advanced trainers - sessions 1 to 7 days per week Program includes: Data collection – This is the first part of the 7 processes to create a custom program, and then all other 6 processes are completed as needed to create an efficient and customised exercise program.
