Service Description

Exercise programming preferences adherence to progression of exercise, types of selected modes and programming customised to meet the needs of the menopausal woman to improve overall health and well-being. The 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads) that have been proven over time will be implemented to make this an effective program. Cost includes all custom information including forms required to create and customise the program. Program created • 4 weeks Program includes: • Interview and data collection • Data collection (all forms supplied) • Creation of program in conjunction with client Membership • Refer to membership for weekly support after program completed Forms Data collection – Only forms relevant to the customisation of the clients program will be utilised.
