Service Description

Corrective Exercise This program is designed to reduce muscular dysfunction and increase your abilities to avoid injury move, feel and live better. Areas like lower back pain, shoulder pain restrict your life’s enjoyment. We work with your doctor How: ➢ Using 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads), correct intensity, correct time and distance and correct type of exercise. When: ➢ Correct frequency for max growth & recovery Where: ➢ This will be customised to your situation and equipment Goals: ➢ Your listed goals and history are of importance Pre-requisites: ➢ Program is designed for people who are beginners to advanced trainers - sessions 1 to 7 days per week Program includes: Data collection – This is the first part of the 7 processes to create a custom program, and then all other 6 processes are completed as needed to create an efficient and customised exercise program.
