Service Description

The circuit training format can be customised to achieve your goals, if more strength than Cardio fitness is required circuit format will accommodate an visa versa if more cardio is required than strength or muscle growth than the circuit format will be set for this goal. The 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads) that have been proven over time will be implemented to make this an effective program. Cost includes all custom information including forms required to create and customise the program.
