Service Description

If you only want a Cardio workout this is the workout for you, The McGaw team will work with your likes and dislikes, fitness level and more to create the most effective program on offer. What: ➢ Goals: Decrease fat - increase fitness and sports performance including heart health, increase bone density How: ➢ Using 7 principles of fitness (laws of the roads), correct intensity, correct time and distance and correct type of exercise. When: ➢ Correct frequency for max growth & recovery Where: ➢ This will be customised to your situation and equipment Goals: ➢ Your listed goals and history are of importance Pre-requisites: ➢ Program is designed for people who are beginners to advanced trainers - sessions 1 to 7 days per week Program includes: Data collection – This is the first part of the 7 processes to create a custom program, and then all other 6 processes are completed as needed to create an efficient and customised exercise program.
